Defra have announced the launch of a new Added Value grant in England which opens for applications in June and is designed to help farmers improve crops or livestock.

Although time pressured, this year’s application window was very smooth-running and enjoyable with good co-operation and appreciation from our clients.

As an advance injection of cash, farmers with eligible BPS applications will receive their first payment of 50% from the end of July, and the second from December.
