Rented Land Records

NVZ Records

All NVZ rules, as well as other cross compliance requirements, must be met to qualify for full payments from the Basic Payment Scheme (BPS). You must follow rules when you use nitrogen fertiliser and store organic manure.

Attendance at Inspections

Farmers in receipt of the Basic Payment can be inspected at any time of the year from various adjudicating bodies. Current cross compliance regulations require that certain documents and records be available and up to date.

Environmental permit regulations

If you hold an environmental permit for the intensive rearing of pigs or poultry, you can expect routine inspections from Natural Resources Wales (NRW) to ensure compliance with your permit conditions. These inspections include a thorough review of your records and management plans.

Alternatively, we offer the option to supply your documentation as a hard copy ring binder.
