Inspection-ready CoAPR records

All CoAPR rules, as well as other cross compliance requirements, must be met to qualify for full payments from the Basic Payment Scheme (BPS) and any environmental schemes. You must follow rules when you use nitrogen fertiliser and store organic manure.

As compliance can be difficult to calculate, we will complete your CoAPR records to inspection standard and make sure you are compliant with all the rules.

  • Whole farm loading calculation and advice on how to comply
  • Risk maps
  • Imports and exports of manure recorded
  • Manure management plan
  • Slurry storage production & requirements calculated
  • Anaerobic digestion calculation

Field application records

Maintaining accurate Field Application Records is essential to meet the inspection requirements of Rural Payments Wales (RPW) and Natural Resources Wales (NRW). Without proper documentation of your applications, you risk losing a portion of your government funded payments (BPS and Stewardship).

Our specialised software, designed with in-depth industry knowledge and expertise, generates comprehensive, easy-to-read reports. Unlike standard online applications, our system automatically tracks key regulations, including closed period dates, helping you plan confidently without the risk of breaching any regulations.

  • Fields matched to BPS/ SAF Form
  • Soil Test Data (where available)
  • Nutrients required and applied on an individual field basis
  • Breach detection
  • Easy to read
  • Commended by Inspectors
  • Follows RB209 recommendations and product analysis where available

Soil erosion & run-off risk maps

Soil erosion and run-off risk maps are an integral part of cross compliance, as they highlight your understanding of field risks and how you are managing them.

Our dedicated mapping team ensures a smooth inspection process by delivering precise, comprehensive maps that account for the unique features within and surrounding your fields, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

  • Dedicated mapping department
  • Accurate field information
  • Easy to follow risk categories
  • Features including:
    • All soil types
    • Ditches and watercourses

Manure risk maps

In addition to a soil erosion and run-off risk map, you are required to provide a map of your land that highlights the risk of pollution to water from manure applications. These maps are also valuable for contractors, ensuring they are informed about no-spread zones around your fields.

Our manure risk maps include everything on the soil risk maps plus:

  • 10m and 50m no-spread zones
  • ‘No-spread- areas’ such as land too steep to spread on
  • Land drains
  • Temporary field heaps
