Complaints Procedure
We do everything we can to make sure our customers get the best service possible. However, sometimes we may not always get things right first time.
If you’re not completely happy with our service we’d like to hear about it so we can do something to put it right.
We aim to:
- Ensure that making a complaint is as easy as possible
- Welcome compliments, feedback and suggestions
- Treat a complaint as a clear expression of dissatisfaction with our service which calls for an immediate response
- Deal with it promptly, politely and, when appropriate, confidentially
- Learn from complaints, use them to improve our service, and review annually our complaints policy and procedures
How and where to complain
We recognise that many concerns will be raised informally and dealt with quickly by a member of our team.
