Accounting for rented land records

During an inspection, rented land must be fully accounted for. If the landowner of the ground you rent receives an inspection notice, you will be responsible for providing them with the necessary records.

Although it’s technically the responsibility of the Basic Payment Scheme (BPS) claimant—typically the landowner—to supply this information, the request for documentation often falls directly on you as the tenant farmer.

We ensure that your rented land is properly included in your NVZ Calculations, NMAX Reports, and Field Application Records. Additionally, we can prepare detailed maps of the rented land to meet all inspection requirements.
