My day to day job involves doing the administration on our Cross Compliance files and helping with technical queries such as TLA’s etc.

What do you like about working at CXCS?
I like working as part of a team and interacting with clients. Big arable files are my favourite as I love a challenge!
What’s your background?
I am born and bred in Radnorshire and have been surrounded by agriculture growing up. I was an Estate Agent in Herefordshire for 7 years before switching careers to CXCS 2 years ago.
What are the values that drive you?
Hard work, loyalty and kindness.
What do you enjoy doing when you are not working?
I love football and enjoy being a secretary for my local club, spending time with my 5 year old son and socialising with friends.
