What do you do at CXCS?
My job at CXCS is a varied one. Three days of the week I am out and about visiting clients and updating their records, I tend to look after the north of the country as an unwritten rule. My other job roles are being the PA to Karen Powell and helping her out with certain duties. As of the beginning of the year, I have also taken on the roles of Team Leader and the Farm Assurance manager for CXCS to help develop and grow that side of the business. Finally, I am the Events Manager for the company, so I organise and attend all the shows we go to as a company discussing all the services we offer and meeting some of our existing clients along the way.

What do you like about working at CXCS?
I like the close group that we are, as well as the people and countryside I get to see along my travels. No two farmers are the same and it gives a nice variety to my job. Also, from working at CXCS, for touching on 7 years, I have seen the company grow and progress, and this to me is a huge part of my job seeing the company develop.
What’s your background?
I joined CXCS when I was 18, straight out of college, from having a family based around agriculture I had some interest and understanding.
What are the values that drive you?
I do what I do for me as a person. So passion, loyalty, and trust are my three main values.
What do you enjoy doing when you are not working?
When not working I enjoy cooking, spending time with my two dogs, and spending time with friends and family. I also enjoy getting away on a nice relaxing holiday.
