What do you do at CXCS?
I am responsible for setting budgets and ensuring I meet them. I am responsible for growth and maintaining our brand position within the sector and I strive to lead a positive, productive and efficient team of 35.
What are your credentials/past experience, for working in your position?
I was responsible for Direct Sales at Tyrrells Potato Chips for ten years, I joined them right at the start and learnt so much from my previous boss William Chase, about starting a business, building a high-end brand and managing a successful team.

What do you like about working at CXCS?
I enjoy the business growth and maintaining and building our ‘standing’ within the agricultural sector. I enjoy developing the team, I encourage the ‘I can do this’ attitude and I expect strong values always. I try and develop each individual staff member to build on their confidence, as this combined with high integrity makes for outstanding employees. I enjoy my clients, I like helping and travelling all over the UK visiting them and in beautiful parts of the country. I enjoy the regulation associated with agricultural compliance, this is both challenging and stimulating.

I have a background in sales and managing teams, both in the food industry and luxury holidays.
What are the values that drive you?
Optimism, enthusiasm, integrity, patience and respect.
What do you enjoy doing when you are not working?
I enjoy walking my beloved sheepdog in the countryside with family and friends. I also enjoy adventure holidays such as kayaking and mountain climbing.
