What do you do at CXCS?
I have a varied job role at CXCS, and my responsibilities include entering various agricultural technical data (including manure and fertiliser details) into bespoke software and accompany the Chairman Charles Mayson on farm visits and inspections. I am also a member of the Health & Safety team where I am responsible for updating clients’ paperwork to ensure that it meets the required standard.
What do you like about working at CXCS?
I like the flexibility of being able to manage my own day and enjoy being part of a team where everyone shares the same vision and dedication. Working in the agricultural sector also enables me to widen my knowledgebase.

I have worked on farms all my life, so I have a passion for agriculture.

What do you enjoy doing when you are not working?
I enjoy shooting, attending Young Farmers, socialising and helping out on farms where I used to work.
