Don’t forget to submit your 2020 applications for all BPS (Basic Payment Scheme), ES (Environmental Stewardship – ELS, HLS) and CS Revenue/Annual (Countryside Stewardship) claims – this is for schemes including Mid Tier, Higher Tier and Wildlife Offers.
The deadline for the RPA to receive your applications for both the BPS and CSS payments, is midnight on the 15th May.
Claims for BPS, CS and ES can continue to be submitted up until midnight on 9th June, but your application will be subject to ‘late claim’ penalties. It is worth noting that you can make certain changes to your claims up until midnight on 1st June 2020, without any penalties being applied.
CSS Capital claims can be submitted at any time throughout the year, but please note that the agreements generally only have a 2 year window for their completion date. To check the individual completion date of capital items, please refer to your agreement document.
