Defra officials have announced the launch of a grant funding scheme to improve slurry storage. Funding applications will be open Autumn 2022.
Regulations state that to store slurry over the winter in areas inside a NVZ, there must be a minimum storage capacity available, with sufficient facilities in place to store all slurry produced on the holding.
