Receiving notification of an inspection is something that no farmer relishes. By following our step-by-step guide, you can ensure that you are fully prepared and have peace of mind that everything will run smoothly.

  • If you receive a telephone call, take a name, numberand ask for the reason of the visit.
  • If you receive a letter, scan or photograph and send a copy to info@cxcs.co.uk.
  • Contact us on 01981 590514 and if possible, provide the following information:
    • Proposed date and time of inspection
    • Name of inspector
