Funding for farmers & landowners

There is a wide range of funding available to support farmers and landowners in England. Our Stewardship & Grants team are available to go through the various grants and scheme options to identify which funding could work best for your farm.

We can also complete, submit and manage applications on your behalf.

SUSTAINABLE FARMING INCENTIVE

If you are interested in applying for an agreement, our Stewardship & Grants team are available to go through the scheme options with you and identify which actions could work for your farming business.

Countryside Stewardship

Countryside Stewardship (CS) provides financial incentives for farmers, foresters and land managers to look after and improve the environment. CS Mid Tier will be merged with SFI from July, with a separate process continuing for Higher Tier agreements.

Woodland Grants

With financial incentives available and expert support on hand, woodland creation can help you diversify, generate reliable revenue streams and deliver environmental benefits that support your wider land management goals.

Capital Grants

Capital Grants are 3-year agreements offering capital items to achieve specific environmental benefits within 4 groups: boundaries, trees and orchards, improved water quality and improved air quality.
