Review of Current IT Provision
An onsite visit would be carried out to review current IT equipment. This would include:
- Hardware (desktops, laptops, printers, MFP devices, firewall, wireless)
- Software (accounts software, Office 365, anti-virus, backup)
- Internet connectivity
- Password policy
- Network infrastructure
Following the onsite visit, a report is produced which will outline any findings and provide recommendations of anything that needs to be carried out as a matter of urgency. A targeted list of areas that need to be resolved (in order of priority), together with cost and benefit to the organisation is also included.
Annual Support Contract
For ongoing support and peace of mind we also offer a telephone and remote support service which is available on an annual contract basis. This cost-effective option includes an annual visit to review IT equipment and to provide recommendations for changes and upgrades etc.
