You do not need to apply to receive delinked payments in England which will be issued automatically by the Rural Payments Agency (RPA) between 2024 and 2027 if you claimed Basic Payment in the years 2020-2023 inclusive. The RPA plan to make payments to eligible customers in two instalments each year – an advance payment of around 50% from the 1st of August, with the balance payment from the 1st of September*.
*The second instalment, originally scheduled to be paid out from the 1st of December, will now be made from September to help farmers with their cashflow, following the impact of wet weather.
