Bespoke policies & procedures for your business
Fully bespoke policies and procedures are developed in line with your risk management plan to maintain the standards for health, safety and welfare matters.
The Health and Safety at Work etc Act 1974 places a duty on all employers “to ensure, so far as is reasonably practicable, the health, safety and welfare” of all their employees. The act requires that employers of five or more must keep and revise a written record of health and safety policy and consult with employees (including contractors and sub-contractors) on any revisions to such policies. For those who employ less than five, we strongly recommend that a written Health and Safety Policy is still produced due to the high number of risks associated with the industry.
