To successfully implement and maintain the findings from your risk assessment, an action plan must be put into effect.  Once a risk assessment has been carried out and the findings agreed, a prioritised action plan is produced which lists all the risks that need reducing.

The action plan will form a working document (mostly used by you) where items should be ticked-off upon completion. The priority is set by us and is usually dependent on the severity of the risk and the likelihood of the risk causing an accident. As our aim is to work with you, we will leave the implementation of the action plan to your discretion and let you decide when to implement our proposals into your business.
