RLE1 Forms / Continuation Booklets
We make changing land information a simple process
The BPS application form needs to replicate the online map which shows each individual parcel. This is where an RLE1 form (Rural Land and Entitlements form) comes in. The RLE1 form is a document which is submitted to the RPA to request changes to the online maps or for the transfer of entitlements.
A map is required for each change in order for the RLE1 form to be valid; for example, a new boundary split turning one parcel into two – the split needs annotating on the specific field map with a new estimated parcel number and area for each new parcel of land. Multiple changes to land can be identified on one RLE1 form, provided maps for each change are attached.
RLE1’s can now be completed online as well as on paper, meaning the RPA can receive your request for a land change much quicker. Continuation booklets are needed to register new areas of land, i.e., land which has never been claimed on before. This can be any area of land that needs registering on the Rural Payments system, e.g., non-agricultural areas such as farmyards, buildings, tracks etc.
Eligible land parcels need to be registered to attach entitlements to them and claim payment. Non-agricultural areas only need to be registered if you want to claim on them under a different RPA grant scheme. We can complete all the above on your behalf, as part of our BPS service.
