Delivery Driver Killed by Overhead Power Line

On 13th May 2021, 43-year-old Patrick ‘Paddy’ Rice was operating a tipper lorry at VB Farms LLP’s Littlecombe Farm in Crediton, Devon. The hydraulic arm of his tipper lorry came into contact with an 11kV overhead power line and Mr Rice was fatally electrocuted after exiting the lorry.
