This cost-effective option includes an annual visit to review IT equipment and to provide recommendations for changes and upgrades etc. Our pricing model is simple and can be tailored to suit your individual business requirements, either as a complete package or as individual components.
Review of current IT provision
To review your current IT equipment an onsite visit would be carried out to evaluate the following:
- Hardware (desktops, laptops, printers, MFP devices, firewall, wireless)
- Software (accounts software, Office 365, anti-virus, backup)
- Internet connectivity
- Password policy
- Network infrastructure
Following the onsite visit, a report is produced which will outline any findings. A targeted list of areas that need to be resolved (in order of priority), together with cost and benefit to the organisation is also included.
