The Welsh Government has recently published the ‘Sustainable Farming Scheme – Outline Proposals for 2025’. This is the most detailed set of proposals to date on the actions Welsh farmers will be asked to undertake to receive funding from 2025 onwards.
Co-design in summer 2022
To provide feedback on the proposals in the ‘Outline Sustainable Farming Scheme’ document, farmers are being asked to take part in the next phase of co-design.
Working with ADAS and ICF Consulting, the Welsh Government will be launching the next phase of co-design in summer 2022. There will be numerous ways for farmers to get involved and provide feedback which include:
- Interviews
- Workshops
- Surveys
Outline Sustainable Farming Scheme – live event
On Wednesday 13th July, the Welsh Government held a live question and answer event to address questions from farmers about the Sustainable Farming Scheme. A recording of the live event can be viewed here
